Ryan's Fight Against Another Champion Can Be Easily Organized

Former world champion and current head of Golden Boy Promotions, Oscar De La Hoya, says that arranging a fight between his company's athlete Ryan Garcia (24-1, 20 KOs) and the first super lightweight champion (up to 63.5 kg) Isaac Cruz (26-2-1, 18 KOs) would be very simple.

"I like it. It would be a fun fight, and it would be nice to work with Sean Gibbons. I feel that this fight can really be easily organized, it's definitely possible. So, I'm eagerly looking forward to it," said De La Hoya.

Cruz became the WBA champion after an 8th-round TKO victory over Rolando Romero. Garcia is a contender for the WBC belt – on April 20th in New York, he will be boxing against champion Devin Haney.
