Roy Jones Jr.: “I saw that spark in Spence again”

Former world champion Roy Jones Jr. spoke about his recent work with 35-year-old American boxer Errol Spence.

“He looked good — very good, in my opinion. I saw that spark in him again. That made me happy.

I really enjoyed working with Errol. Errol is always a pleasure to work with,” Jones told FightHype.com.

In July 2023, Errol Spence (28-1, 22 KOs) suffered the first defeat of his career, losing to Terence Crawford by ninth-round TKO, and has not returned to the ring since.
