Update on Paul vs. Tyson Fight Rules!

Nakisa Bidarian, co-founder of Jake Paul's promotional company Most Valuable Promotions, has debunked the information circulated by Mirror regarding the details of the Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul fight.

Mirror's report claimed that rounds during the bout would be shortened to 2 minutes, ringside judges would not officiate the match — victory could only be achieved by knockout, and there was a change regarding the weight of the gloves — athletes were to box in 16-ounce gloves instead of 10-ounce ones.

According to Bidarian, this is all fake news:

"Breaking news! There is no news. Stop spreading fake news. There's no truth to all these stories surrounding the Jake Paul and Mike Tyson fight.

Here's the truth. First – Mike Tyson is incredibly motivated and training like he hasn't in many years. He looks intimidating for Jake Paul. Second – there are no tickets for sale. If you bought tickets – they are not the right ones.

Third – over 85,000 people have registered to get access to tickets when they go on sale. This will be a historic event," Bidarian stated.

The only detail subsequently confirmed by Nakisa was that the fight would proceed without helmets. It has yet to be decided whether the match will be professional or exhibition.
