Paro Is Back — Stops Navarro Before the Halfway Mark

On 25 June in Australia, former super-lightweight (≤ 63.5 kg) champion Liam Paro (26-1, 16 KO) faced American Jonathan Navarro (18-2, 9 KO).

The bout ended early—RTD 5 in Paro’s favour.

It was Paro’s first outing since dropping a decision in his world-title tilt against Richardson Hitchins. For Navarro it marked a second straight defeat and the first stoppage loss of his career.
