Joseph Parker’s Manager: “I Think He’ll Fight a Brit”

Spencer Brown, manager of WBO Interim Heavyweight champion Joseph Parker, says his fighter will likely defend his interim title next.

Right now, there are options, but one of those top guys could be Dereck Chisora — he’s in a great position. So in my view, it will be one of those three.

We do have one fight lined up that I can’t reveal yet, but there’s one man who stands out in particular, and I think that’s the fight that will happen,” said Brown.

Joseph Parker (36-3, 24 KOs) is the mandatory challenger for Oleksandr Usyk’s world title. The WBO has ordered the Ukrainian champion to make a defense, but Usyk has requested more time to negotiate.
