Oscar on Ryan’s Mental State: “He Needs to Wake Up”

Golden Boy Promotions head Oscar De La Hoya has shared a blunt opinion about the mental health situation involving his fighter, Ryan Garcia.

“I think Ryan needs to wake up. I understand the whole mental health storyline — it’s a serious thing, absolutely. I know people who are truly mentally ill. But there’s a line. There’s a thin line between that and just acting like a damn jerk,” De La Hoya said.
