Ortiz Responds to Stevenson's Challenge: "Try and Put Me in My Place If You Can."

Former two-weight division champion Shakur Stevenson recently promised to "put in place" his compatriot, Jemaine Ortiz.

"If he's keen on putting me in my place, let him give it a shot," Ortiz retorted. "I'm confident that I'll be the one on top of our weight class, particularly after I defeat Stevenson."

Ortiz predicts that this fight will pose a unique challenge for Stevenson. "This time, things will be different. I'm certain I'll continue to surprise everyone as I always do. Shakur is a formidable adversary, but my team and I are capable of overcoming him," he added.
