Oleksandr Usyk Congratulates Ukraine on Independence Day

Undisputed heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk addressed his compatriots on Ukraine’s Independence Day.

“Dear Ukrainians. I want to congratulate you all on Independence Day. Today, more than ever, we understand — only the strong can be independent. Independent from enemies, and even from friends. Strong in spirit and body, strong with our army, our faith, our culture, strong in unity, because we all are Ukraine.

Let us remain united, let us remain strong — and then no one will ever decide our fate without us. Glory to God for everything, and glory to Ukraine! Happy Independence Day,” said Usyk.
