– Do you often think about retirement?
– Not too much. But sometimes I do.
– How many fights do you think you have left?
– Ten.
– Ten fights? Wow.
– No-no-no-no-no. That’s not true. That’s not true. I can’t say right now… because… because.
– Is there a special venue where you’d like to have your farewell fight?
– Yes. That would be Olimpiyskiy Stadium in Kyiv, Ukraine.
– Is there any specific opponent you’d still like to face?
– I have no idea at the moment.
Usyk is set to return to the ring on July 19, when he faces Daniel Dubois in a fight for the undisputed heavyweight title. The bout will take place at Wembley Stadium in London, UK.
