British heavyweight Lawrence Okolie believes that in a potential rematch between Oleksandr Usyk and Daniel Dubois, the Ukrainian would be a clear favorite—but warns there’s one factor that could change the outcome.
“Every time, I say Usyk won’t win again.
After his first win over Joshua, I said he wouldn’t do it again. After he beat Fury, I said he wouldn’t do it again. But he just keeps winning.
If Usyk doesn’t slow down with age, he’ll be a massive favorite against Dubois. He knows how to avoid shots and keep working.
But if we see a new and improved version of Dubois, he might actually come out and win,” said Okolie.
As of now, a Usyk vs. Dubois rematch is not confirmed. In their first fight, Usyk stopped Dubois by knockout.
