Officially! Rodriguez to Clash with Estrada

It has been officially announced that the current WBO and IBF minimumweight (up to 50.8 kg) champion, 24-year-old Jesse Rodriguez (19-0, 12 KOs), will face the WBC light flyweight (up to 52.2 kg) champion, 33-year-old Juan Francisco Estrada (44-3, 28 KOs).

The fight is scheduled for June 29th in Phoenix, USA. The WBC title, currently held by Estrada, will be at stake. This fight marks Jesse's debut in a new weight class.

In 2023, Rodriguez fought twice, defending his title by decision and unifying the belts with an early victory. Estrada last entered the ring in 2022.
