Officially: Denys Berinchyk Will Face Keyshawn Davis

Top Rank Boxing has officially announced a bout between WBO lightweight (up to 61.2 kg) champion Denys Berinchyk (19-0, 9 KOs) from Ukraine and rising American prospect Keyshawn Davis (12-0, 8 KOs).

As previously reported, the fight will take place on February 14 at the Madison Square Garden Theater in New York, USA. The event will be broadcast on ESPN.

Denys Berinchyk claimed his title in May by defeating Emanuel Navarrete via split decision. In November, Keyshawn Davis knocked out Gustavo Lemos in the second round.
