Official: Teofimo Lopez to Face Arnold Barboza

It’s official—WBO junior welterweight champion Teofimo Lopez will take on Arnold Barboza in a highly anticipated showdown. The fight is set for May 2 in New York’s Times Square as part of the Fatal Fury: City of The Wolves event series.

The stacked card will also feature Ryan Garcia vs. Rolando Romero and Devin Haney vs. Jose Carlos Ramirez.

Earlier reports indicated that if both Garcia and Haney emerge victorious, a rematch between them could be next.
