Nick Ball Responds: Does He Still Want to Face Inoue?

WBA Featherweight Champion Nick Ball answered whether he still wants to step into the ring against Undisputed Super Bantamweight Champion Naoya Inoue.

“Yes, absolutely. There’s been so much talk about it that this fight simply has to happen. Everyone wants it, so let’s make it a reality,” Ball said.

On August 16, Nick Ball (23-0-1, 13 KOs) defeated Sam Goodman by unanimous decision to retain his title. Fight statistics are available at the link.

In May, Naoya Inoue (30-0, 27 KOs) stopped Ramon Cardenas via eighth-round TKO. His next opponent will be Murodjon Akhmadaliev, with the fight set for September 14 in Japan.
