Nicholas Walters to Fight on Arnold Khegai’s Undercard

A lightweight (61.2 kg) bout has been announced between Jamaican boxer Nicholas Walters (29-1-1, 22 KOs) and Mexican fighter Luis Torres (20-1, 11 KOs).

The fight will take place on March 8 at Thunder Studios in Long Beach, USA, as part of the undercard for the bout between Arnold Khegai and Joet Gonzalez.

In March of last year, Walters defeated Joseph Adorno by unanimous decision.

In November 2016, Nicholas suffered a stoppage loss to Vasyl Lomachenko (RTD 7) in a fight for the IBF & IBO lightweight titles.

In June, Luis Torres defeated Cristian Bielma by unanimous decision.
