Former heavyweight world champion Anthony Joshua (26-3, 23 KOs) continues to prepare for his upcoming bout scheduled for the winter. On October 16th, the British boxer announced the commencement of an experiment in which he spent several days in complete darkness.
“Isolation, where you don't have to do anything but relax and clear your mind, immersing yourself in endless darkness,” Joshua said.
All this is part of the training process. According to Sportbible, such a workout cost the boxer £2,000 and ended four days after it began.
Joshua's next fight is scheduled for the winter, but the opponent has not yet been named. Possible options include Agit Kabayel and Mahmoud Charr. The first one said that he had already received an offer from Anthony's team.
