Undisputed super bantamweight champion Naoya Inoue (29-0, 26 KOs) is expected to face WBC No.1 contender David Picasso (30-0-1, 17 KOs) in his next fight, according to The Ring.

The bout is being targeted for June 14 in Las Vegas, USA, though the contract has yet to be finalized. Initial reports indicated that T-Mobile Arena could be the venue for this highly anticipated showdown.

In his last outing on January 24, Inoue dominated and stopped Kim Jeong Jun in the fourth round, further cementing his status as one of the sport's elite fighters. Picasso, on the other hand, has been highly active—fighting five times in 2024 and winning all of them.
