WBC bantamweight champion Junto Nakatani (30-0, 23 KOs) will face IBF titleholder Ryosuke Nishida (10-0, 2 KOs) in a unification showdown, BoxRec reports.
The bout is scheduled for June 8 at the Ariake Colosseum in Tokyo, Japan.
This will mark only the fourth unification fight in history between two Japanese boxers.
In February, Nakatani scored a dominant win over David Cuellar, stopping him via third-round knockout.
Nishida last fought in December, successfully defending his title for the first time with a seventh-round KO of Anuchai Donsua.
