Nakatani Signs Contract with Top Rank

Top Rank, the promotional company led by Bob Arum, has announced the signing of 26-year-old WBC bantamweight (up to 53.5 kg) champion Junto Nakatani (28-0, 21 KOs). The agreement includes joint promotion with Teiken Promotions.

On July 20, Junto Nakatani knocked out Filipino Vincent Astrolabio (19-5, 14 KOs) in the 1st round, successfully defending his title.

It was also recently reported that Mexican super middleweight (up to 76.2 kg) Jaime Munguia (43-1, 34 KOs) signed a contract with Top Rank.
