In the early hours of May 5th in Las Vegas, USA, Mexican super middleweight (up to 76,2 kg) undisputed champion Saul "Canelo" Alvarez (60-2-2, 39 KOs) will defend his title against his fellow countryman Jaime Munguia (43-0, 34 KOs).
Former American boxer and three-division world champion Shane Mosley shared his prediction for the upcoming fight.
"Canelo is only 33. I was still fighting at 46, so he should be fine.
But Munguia is also a very good fighter. It should be very interesting. I think it's going to be a great and intense fight, and I can't wait to see it.
I prefer Canelo because he's more experienced, but I can see how Munguia can give him some problems and win a few rounds. We'll see what happens. Anything can happen in this fight.
It could be a decision or a knockout. It could go either way. Either of them could win by decision or knockout," Mosley said.
Shane Mosley and Saul Alvarez faced each other on May 5, 2012, in Las Vegas. Canelo won by unanimous decision.
