Official: Manny Pacquiao Returns to the Ring on June 19

46-year-old former world champion from the Philippines, Manny Pacquiao (62-8-2, 39 KOs), has officially announced his return to the ring. His next bout will take place on June 19 at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas.

Pacquiao made the announcement on his Instagram:

“I’m coming back,” wrote Manny.

His opponent will be 30-year-old American WBC welterweight champion Mario Barrios (29-2-1, 18 KOs).

In his last bout in the fall of 2024, Barrios fought to a draw with Abel Ramos. Pacquiao hasn’t fought since 2021, when he lost a decision to Yordenis Ugas.
