Lomachenko vs. Haney: Where and When to Catch the Title Fight

Former three-weight world champion Vasyl Lomachenko (17-2, 11 KOs) will square off against the reigning lightweight division champion, Devin Haney (29-0, 15 KOs) in this thrilling matchup.

For Lomachenko, a Ukrainian national, this bout represents his second shot at the absolute title, while for American Haney, it will be his second title defense.

The Lomachenko-Haney bout is scheduled for May 20th in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, with the MGM Grand Garden Arena playing host. The fight is expected to commence after 5:00 Kyiv time on Sunday, May 21st.

MEGOGO, the primary media service for broadcasting such boxing matches in Ukraine, has announced that it will not be showing this fight.

"MEGOGO media service will not be broadcasting the lightweight world champion title fight between Vasyl Lomachenko and Devin Haney," reads a message on their Instagram.

In the USA, ESPN+ is the official broadcaster of the Lomachenko-Haney fight. Viewers can access the fight on a pay-per-view basis, with the cost set at $59.99.

For viewers in the UK and Ireland, the fight will be aired on Sky Sports. Fight Sports and Fight Sports Max will carry the broadcast in Asia, TSN+ in Canada, Wowow in Japan, and ESPN and Star+ in Latin America.

Lomachenko will be vying for the absolute lightweight championship title for the second time. His first attempt in October 2020 ended in defeat at the hands of Teofimo Lopez, causing him to lose his belts.

Haney claimed the lightweight championship after defeating George Kambosos in their first bout in June 2022 and successfully defended his titles in a rematch. Before that, Kambosos had seized the belts from Teofimo Lopez.
