Lomachenko confirms he is not retiring. Arum talks about when Vasily might return.

Former three-division world champion Vasiliy Lomachenko (17-3, 11 KOs) will not be retiring in 2023. The promoter of the Ukrainian athlete, Bob Arum, shared this in a comment with Luckypunch.net.

Arum revealed when Lomachenko is planning to return to the ring and against whom:

"We would like Loma to have a fight in December, but he wanted to take a break until the end of the year. As soon as the vacation is over, possibly in February, we'll make a big, big fight happen.

There's a plan for a fight against Kambosos in Australia, and the IBF title might be on the line. If he defeats George, we'll arrange fights for him against other lightweights. Possibly against Shakur Stevenson," Arum stated.

Recall that in mid-October, the president of WBO mentioned during a congress that he had been informed about the possibility of Lomachenko retiring.
