The last undisputed heavyweight champion from Britain, Lennox Lewis, has spoken about the need for a fight between Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua, expressing doubts about Anthony's ability to handle Tyson following his victory over Ngannou.
"Fury really needs to fight Joshua because it's a British affair. I'm sure British fans want to see this clash. It has always been the plan. There have always been fights between the two best British heavyweights.
Many will say after Joshua defeated Ngannu, 'He's back!' He looked great, but, you know, Ngannu's level is not the same as Fury's. If you consider how he landed punches on Ngannu, would that work against Fury?
Everyone has different styles. It's interesting to see what will happen. The only way to find out is if they meet," Lennox explained.
Fury's next fight is scheduled for May 18 against Oleksandr Usyk. Joshua is likely to enter the ring in the UK this fall.
