Knockout Entry: Ngannou Secures Spot in WBC Heavyweight Elite!

The World Boxing Council (WBC) has officially rolled out the red carpet for ex-UFC champ Francis Ngannou in its heavyweight boxing rankings. Ngannou clinches the 10th spot, as announced with a bang on the WBC Instagram page. This shuffle bumps Joseph Parker down a notch.

Here's the current heavyweight hit parade:

1. Deontay Wilder

2. Anthony Joshua

3. Arslanbek Makhmudov

4. Frank Sanchez

5. Efe Ajagba

6. Jared Anderson

7. Martin Bakole

8. Joseph Parker

9. Otto Wallin

10. Francis Ngannou

Ngannou's only fight in professional boxing was a thriller against Tyson Fury. He may have lost by a split decision, but he rocked the WBC champ with a knockdown in round three. Post-fight, the WBC head honcho hinted at lobbying for Ngannou's ranking at the next congress.

The WBC Congress is slated for a showdown in Tashkent from November 13 to 17. The Ready To Fight (RTF) team is stepping into the ring as an official participant, where they've already scored a win by signing a cooperation memo with the WBC.
