Usyk's Corner Sets the Rules: Klimas Demands Fine for Fight Delay!

Egis Klimas, the mastermind behind WBA, WBO, IBO, and IBF heavyweight king Oleksandr Usyk (boasting a flawless record of 21-0, with 14 KOs), threw a jab outside the ring talking about the penalty clause for any slip-up leading to the derailment of the highly anticipated bout for the undisputed heavyweight crown on May 18.

"We threw our hat in the ring on this one," Klimas quipped, "making it crystal clear in our huddle with the Saudis. If there's any talk of pushing the date, let's get the penalty details down in black and white."

He insisted, "That fine's gotta come from Tyson's corner, not the Saudis' pocket. And believe me, I haven't seen Roma just tossing his cash around."

The showdown between Usyk and Fury, initially slated for February 17, got shunted to May 18, thanks to a curveball thrown by an injury to the Brit.
