Ukrainian welterweight contender Karen Chukhadzhian (24-3, 13 KOs) will make his return to the ring on May 10, according to his trainer, Vyacheslav Senchenko. The fight is set to take place in Germany and could potentially be for a title.
"We recently got the date—May 10 in Germany. Most likely, Karen will be fighting for a title. We’ll announce his opponent later. There will be an official announcement. We already have a good idea of who the opponent is and which title will be at stake, but we’ll reveal everything once it’s officially confirmed," Senchenko stated.
Chukhadzhian last fought in November, when he lost a unanimous decision to IBF champion Jaron Ennis.
