Promoter Bob Arum has the lowdown on the lightweight showdown between ex-champs Vasiliy Lomachenko and George Kambososos.

"We're close to sealing a deal for a world title fight at lightweight between Lomachenko and Kambososos. I'm stoked about our progress, and I see this fight happening in April down under in Australia. It's a massive country with top-notch folks," Arum stated.

The rumble was previously tipped for April 14. Kambosos reveals three Aussie arenas are vying for the bout. Up for grabs? The coveted IBF lightweight title.
