Kambosos on Fight with Lomachenko: "Our Careers Are on the Line"

Australian lightweight (up to 61.2 kg) titleholder George Kambosos (21-2, 10 KOs) shared his expectations for the upcoming fight against Vasyl Lomachenko (17-3, 11 KOs):

"In my view, our careers are on the line in this fight. I think you'll see the spirit of competition, but there's a lot of respect on both sides. There's a lot of respect for what we've achieved and the kind of fighters we are - warriors who bring action and excitement to the ring.

Inside the ring, our respect ends. He'll have to do what he does, and I'll have to do what I do. He may not like it, I may not like it, but one of us is going to be knocked out," said George.

The Lomachenko vs. Kambosos fight is scheduled for May 12th in Australia.
