Joyce: "Haye Would Beat Joshua"

British heavyweight Joe Joyce (15-2, 14 KOs) compared Anthony Joshua (28-3, 25 KOs) to David Haye and attempted to predict the winner in a hypothetical fight between them.

"If both were in their prime, I think David Haye would beat Anthony Joshua. I wasn't in sparring with Haye, but in his prime, he would have dealt with Joshua, with his explosive power and head movement, he was unpredictable. He had a tough fight against [Vladimir] Klitschko, but Haye was powerful.

With his style at the time, he would have beaten AJ, he was very fast and hard to hit, I think Haye remained unscathed when securing his major victories," Joyce said.

Joe Joyce's next fight is scheduled for March 16 against Kash Ali (21-2, 12 KOs) as part of an event in Birmingham, United Kingdom.

Anthony Joshua knocked out Francis Ngannou (0-2, 0 KOs) in the second round on March 8.

In 2018, David Haye ended his professional career at the age of 37 after two consecutive defeats to Tony Bellew (30-3-1, 20 KOs).
