Joyce Puts Wilder on His Shortlist

British heavyweight Joe Joyce (15-2, 14 KOs) expressed his readiness to fight against Deontay Wilder (43-3-1, 42 KOs), stating the American is on his shortlist.

"I like the fight with Deontay Wilder because of the story – I beat Parker, and Parker beat him. It's a good story.

All the big names have been discussed as potential opponents for me. I'm a big name, and people know me. My team has talked about Wilder and other fighters.

Wilder is on my shortlist," Joyce said.

Last year, neither Wilder nor Joyce secured victories. Deontay lost by a decision to Joseph Parker, while Joe was knocked out twice by Zhang Zhilei.

Joyce's next fight is on March 16 against Kash Ali. Wilder currently does not have an opponent.
