In an interview with the YouTube channel BoxNation, former heavyweight (over 90,7 kg) champion Anthony Joshua (27-3, 24 KOs) answered the question of when he plans to end his professional career.
"When will I retire? When I no longer care. I think when I no longer have the desire to do it, that's when I'll hang up my gloves. When you do it for the money, you make bad decisions. Money can't be the driving force in this sport. For me, motivation is the opportunity to succeed in something. Don't get me wrong, it's really hard. When will it be time to call it quits? When I feel I can no longer improve and when I no longer want to step into the ring," Joshua said.
The bout between Anthony Joshua and Francis Ngannou (0-1) is set for March 8th in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
