Joshua Reveals When He Plans to Return

Former world heavyweight champion, British boxer Anthony Joshua (28-3, 25 KOs), in a comment to Mirror, shared when he might return to the ring. Not in the summer, as he had previously planned, but somewhat later.

"I was told that I'll be back around September. I was hoping to have a fight in June. Now I have some time for myself: go on a date, socialize a bit. Right now, I'm training, but it's about two months until I get into a full training camp," said Joshua.

Following his victory on March 8th against Francis Ngannou, Joshua stated he planned to maintain the pace of three fights a year and wanted to have his next fight in the summer.

It was also revealed that Anthony is the main contender for the winner of the Dubois vs. Hrgovic fight, which may take place on June 1st. However, Eddie Hearn, Joshua's promoter, is confident that his athlete's next fight will be for a title.
