Former unified world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua (28-3, 25 KOs), after his victory over Francis Ngannou (0-2, 0 KOs), discussed the possibility of a match with WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury (34-0-1, 24 KOs) or a rematch against the WBA, WBO, IBO, and IBF champion Oleksandr Usyk (21-0, 14 KOs).
"If they want to fight me, they can knock on my door. I just want to be the best every time. Nothing changes for me.
If they knock on my door, I'll say: 'Let's go!'," said Joshua.
On March 8th, Joshua knocked out Francis Ngannou in the second round. Before the fight, the event organizer Turki Al al-Sheikh and Tyson Fury stated that the winner of the Joshua-Ngannou pair would be the main contender for the winner of the Usyk-Fury pair.
Oleksandr and Tyson will box on May 18th in Saudi Arabia. This will be the first fight for the absolute championship in the heavyweight division since 1999.
