With just a few weeks left until the heavyweight (over 90.7 kg) bout between Anthony Joshua (27-3, 24 KOs) and Francis Ngannou (0-1), it's been revealed that while the streaming platform DAZN will broadcast the event worldwide, there's a twist for UK viewers. The fight will also be aired in the United Kingdom on Sky Sports Box Office, according to Boxing Social.
Joshua has been synonymous with Sky throughout his career, with his first 27 professional fights being broadcast by this provider, but his last three bouts were shown on DAZN.
Sky Sports was also set to be one of the broadcasters for the undisputed heavyweight world title fight between WBC champion Tyson Fury (34-0-1, 24 KOs) and the holder of the WBO, WBA, IBO, and IBF belts, Oleksandr Usyk (21-0, 14 KOs), but the event was postponed due to the British fighter's cut.
The fight between Anthony Joshua and Francis Ngannou is scheduled for March 8 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
