Anthony Joshua May Join Usyk’s Training Camp in Valencia

Former unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua may join the training camp of the undisputed champion Oleksandr Usyk in Valencia, according to The Ring.

Joshua is considering training under the camp led by Serhii Lapin. At the moment, the Brit is weighing whether this move will be permanent.

Ben Davison could remain Joshua’s head coach, but the fighter is also exploring the possibility of integrating into Usyk’s team — believing that environment could help him find the formula for a successful resurgence in 2026.

It is also reported that Joshua is expected to return to the ring within the first eight weeks of the new year. After that, his team is hoping to secure a long-awaited all-British showdown with Tyson Fury in the summer of 2026 at London’s Wembley Stadium.
