Anthony Joshua, the former unified world heavyweight champion, has recently shared his thoughts on his upcoming fight with Jermaine Franklin.
Joshua intends to end the bout with a knockout, according to his statements.
"You're going to see rhythm and flow from me on Saturday. Once you get into the flow and feel the rhythm, you start throwing combinations. I think I'll knock Jermaine out in about the tenth round. He's a tough guy,"
"I'm pretty light for a big guy, but punching power isn't the main thing. The main thing is picking up punches and putting them together in combinations. I just want to have fun and perform for myself and my coach. I feel like I'm in good enough condition to go through 12 rounds with a good performance at a good pace. I want to thank my team for pushing me in training camp. I like the numbers I'm seeing. It gives me confidence in what I'm going to do." said Joshua to Boxing 24/7.
As a reminder, the fight between Joshua and Franklin is scheduled to take place on April 1st in London.
