Hearn Believes Joshua vs. Fury Could Happen This Year

Promoter Eddie Hearn believes that former unified heavyweight world champion Anthony Joshua (28-3, 25 KOs) and WBC champion Tyson Fury (34-0-1, 24 KOs) could have their fight in Saudi Arabia as early as 2024.

"Since the darts championship takes place in December and January, I'll say that the Fury vs. AJ fight could happen this year. So, I'll say that Fury vs. AJ will be the first to happen," Hearn said in an interview with Piers Morgan.

On May 18th in Saudi Arabia, Fury will meet Oleksandr Usyk (21-0, 14 KOs) in a bout for the undisputed championship. The fighters' contract includes the possibility of organizing a rematch in their next fight.
