Age vs. Ambition: Joshua Doubts Future as Absolute Champion

Former world champ Anthony Joshua has his doubts about reclaiming the absolute heavyweight champion crown:

"It's not in the cards anymore. Just facing reality here. Usyk and Fury are up next for the absolute title shot. Once that's done, the belts will scatter again.

I'm looking at a good five or six years to collect all the belts, taking on each champ individually. Realistically, that's pushing me to 40-41 years old. So, yeah, I'm not seeing it happen," Joshua reflects.

Joshua's gearing up for his next showdown on December 23 in Saudi Arabia, facing Otto Wallin. Meanwhile, the Usyk vs. Fury title fight is set for February 17.
