Joe Rogan Astonished by Betting Odds Against Tyson: "Skills Don't Diminish Much"

Joe Rogan, the UFC commentator and host of the world's most popular podcast, expresses surprise at the betting odds against Mike Tyson in his match with Jake Paul, but believes the legend will definitely have advantages.

"There are people who are just insane. They are definitely misinformed, because here's the thing. Yes, Tyson is 57, and he'll be 58 by the time of the fight. He's had a long fighting career, been knocked out by huge guys like Lennox Lewis and Evander Holyfield. Tyson has taken a lot of punches. Mike is much older than the age at which most people have ever boxed. But he also does very unique training, using electrical muscle stimulation. This helps with injury recovery and also benefits many when they use this method instead of lifting weights. You don't lose too much skill. You have to understand who you're talking about," said Rogan. Tyson and Paul are set to meet on July 20. Mike previously announced that the bout would be exhibition but with full boxing rules.
