Opponent Determined for the Winner of Opetaia-Briedis

On April 27th, at the KIA Metropol Arena in Nuremberg, Germany, a fight took place between heavyweight (up to 200 lbs) contenders 39-year-old Huseyin Cinkara (22-0, 18 KOs) and 30-year-old Armend Xhoxhaj (18-4, 9 KOs).

In the first round, Hussein stunned his opponent with a rapid start and a ferocious combination. In the second round, Cinkara continued the assault, and after an extended flurry of punches, Xhoxhaj found himself on the canvas. He managed to rise and continue, but not for long. Following the first few punches from his opponent, Hodja's corner threw in the towel - a TKO in round 2.

Now Huseyin, whose interests are represented by Ready To Fight ambassador Max Mikhailew, is the contender for the winner of the fight between Jai Opetai (24-0, 19 KOs) and Mairis Briedis (28-2, 20 KOs), who will contest for the IBF heavyweight title on May 18 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Opetai vs. Briedis fight will take place on the undercard of the bout between Tyson Fury (34-0-1, 24 KOs) and Oleksandr Usyk (21-0, 14 KOs).
