- Evading a police officer;

- Fleeing from an accident scene causing damage of $200 or more.

Charlo has been released on a $9.5 million bail.

Previously, Jermall had declared his intent to be Saul "Canelo" Alvarez's next opponent. The American stated that they were supposed to meet in the fall, where he would seek vengeance for his brother, who lost to Canelo by a judges' decision in the fall of 2023.
