"It Will Be Easy for Me" – Janibek Alimkhanuly Calls Out Canelo

IBF and WBO middleweight champion Janibek Alimkhanuly (16-0, 11 KOs) is confident that he is ready to face WBA, WBC, and WBO super middleweight champion Saúl "Canelo" Álvarez (62-2-2, 39 KOs)—and he doesn’t see the fight as a major challenge.

"I’m 100% ready to be Canelo’s opponent, and it will be easy for me. What kind of fighter is he now? I’d say Canelo isn’t as active as he used to be. He’s no longer capable of fighting anyone and everyone like he did in the past. He knows his place," Alimkhanuly stated.

Alimkhanuly is set to defend his titles on April 5 in Astana, Kazakhstan, against Anauel Ngamissengue.

Meanwhile, Canelo returns to the ring on May 3 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in a super middleweight undisputed title defense against William Scull.
