Heavyweight boxer and YouTuber Jake Paul (9-1, 6 KOs) explained how he intends to defeat former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson.
"I know that fighting Tyson will be tough. I know I'll have to fight hard. I know I might even end up on the ropes. I'm scared, don't get me wrong. But it's not about fear stopping me, it's about continuing to fight even when I'm scared. That's what real courage is.
I know I can handle Tyson's power. I'm a natural-born heavyweight. This is what I was born for. I'll show Mike who has more power. Because he underestimates me. Everyone underestimates me. I think I hit harder... It will be entertaining for the fans.
There are many people who see me as an arrogant fool, which I can be sometimes. But I'm just having fun and entertaining the world. The older generation wants to see Mike knock me out, but ultimately, kids are rooting for me too and want to see me finish Mike.
They call him 'Iron' Mike Tyson, but I'm 'Titanium' Jake Paul.
Many doubt me. I see comments saying: 'If Jake wins this fight, it must be rigged because Tyson looks incredible.' Age doesn't matter. He's a killer. He's a warrior. He's been doing this all his life, so it's second nature to him. I've been doing this for only four years and at a very high level. On July 20th, I will show the world that I can outbox Mike Tyson and prove everyone wrong, showing that I will be the killer," said Paul.
The fight between Tyson and Paul will be the first in history to be broadcast by Netflix.
