Jake Paul’s First Words on Fight Against “Tank”: “I’m an FPV Drone”

Heavyweight boxer and influencer Jake Paul has reacted to the official announcement of his fight against WBA Lightweight champion Gervonta Davis.

Jake Paul:

“Gervonta has disrespected my name for too long. His nickname might be ‘Tank,’ but I’m an FPV drone — and I’m about to take out a little boy.

Yes, he’s one of the best fighters in the world in his weight class, but my motto is: ‘Anyone, anywhere, against all odds.’

I like my chances. First I’ll take out David, then I’ll take out Goliath.”

The fight is scheduled for November 14 at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, USA, and will be broadcast on Netflix.

Gervonta Davis (30-0-1, 28 KOs) had been planning a rematch with Lamont Roach, with whom he fought to a draw in his last fight. Jake Paul (12-1, 7 KOs) had previously expressed interest in a fight with Anthony Joshua and confirmed that negotiations were held. In their previous bouts, Davis weighed 60.69 kg, while Paul weighed 90.45 kg. The rules of the bout will be announced later.
