The showdown is scheduled for February 14 at Madison Square Garden in New York, USA, and will headline a boxing event organized by Top Rank Boxing. The event will be broadcast on ESPN.
For Keyshawn Davis, this marks his first title bout. In November, the prospect delivered a second-round knockout against Gustavo Lemos (29-2, 19 KOs).
In May, Denys Berinchyk secured a split-decision victory over Emanuel Navarrete (39-2-1, 32 KOs) to claim the current WBO lightweight title.
