Official! Naoya Inoue to Fight for the Third Time in 2024

Top Rank Boxing has officially announced the next bout for the undisputed champion in the super flyweight division (up to 55.3 kg), 31-year-old Japanese boxer Naoya Inoue (28-0, 25 KOs). His opponent will be 26-year-old Australian Sam Goodman (19-0, 8 KOs).

The fight is set to take place on December 24 in Tokyo, Japan, at the Ariake Arena.

For both Goodman and Inoue, this will be their third fight in 2024. Goodman has won this year by technical knockout in the 4th round against Mark Schlebs and by unanimous decision against Thatchakorn Luangphon. Naoya knocked out Luis Nery in the 6th round and TJ Doheny in the 7th round.
