IBF has officially scheduled an eliminator fight between Chukhadzhian and Scarff!

The International Boxing Federation (IBF) has officially slated a high-stakes eliminator match in the welterweight division (up to 66.67 kg), pitting Ukrainian pugilist and Ready To Fight ambassador Karen Chukhadzhian (23-2, 13 KOs) against the UK's Harry Scarff (13-2, 3 KOs). This update comes courtesy of Max Michailew, the Ukrainian fighter's manager.

The victor of this clash will ascend to the top spot in the rankings, potentially securing a shot at the title. Currently, the IBF welterweight crown is held by American Jaron Ennis.

Scarff showcased his skills in the ring twice in 2023, clinching victories by judges' decision on both occasions. Chukhadzhian, on the other hand, had a busier year with three bouts; despite a decision defeat to Jaron Ennis, he bounced back with two early wins.

The showdown is expected to unfold in Germany, the UK, or Saudi Arabia, setting the stage for an epic battle.
