Taylor's Ring Redemption: Eyes Set on Lopez Rematch

Former undisputed world champion in the junior super lightweight division (up to 63.5 kg), Josh Taylor, shared his hit list for upcoming bouts with a punch of eagerness:

"Right now, Teofimo's the top dog in the lightweight ranks. He took down the guy who was hoarding all the division's belts. Before that, he outfoxed Lomachenko. And then, he went toe-to-toe with me, the undisputed champ. I'm itching to iron out my mistakes and step back into the ring for a rematch. There's also the no-brainer, big-ticket fight with Ketterall that's on my radar. I'm game to square off with anyone," Taylor jabbed in his chat with Sky Sports.

Teofimo and Taylor squared off for the WBO title in early 2023. Lopez clinched the victory with a unanimous nod from the judges - scoring it twice 115-113 and once 117-111. As of January 4, it's set in stone that Teofimo's next dance is with Jamaine Ortiz.
