Hrgovic Offered a Bout on March 8, Dubois Among Possible Opponents

Turki Al ash-Sheikh, the head of the Riyadh Season tournament series, has publicly extended an invitation to IBF's mandatory title challenger in the heavyweight division, Filip Hrgovic. The proposal suggests a match on March 8 as part of the tournament, featuring the main event of Anthony Joshua against Francis Ngannou.

The 31-year-old Croatian is given the liberty to select his opponent. The options on the table include Daniel Dubois, Martin Bakole, Frank Sanchez, Jarrell Miller, Agit Kabayel, and Jared Anderson.

Hrgovic's last appearance in the ring was on December 23, during the previous tournament in Saudi Arabia, where he secured a victory against Mark de Mori. Subsequently, he was mentioned as a potential opponent for Alexander Usyk, taking into account Tyson Fury's injury. The Croatian stands as the mandatory IBF title challenger for the Ukrainian.

However, with Usyk and Fury receiving a new date for their highly anticipated bout, Hrgovic is still in search of an opponent.
